Yes. For our locations in Mannheim (Germany) and Villach (Austria), we offer a flexible hybrid model. Standardly, you can work from home two days per week. We maintain a culture of trust: if personal commitments, such as childcare or home repairs, require more flexibility, office days can be adjusted or extended after consultation with your team.

Currently, we offer remote work exclusively for employees residing in Germany or Austria due to social security and tax regulations. We do not partner with Employer of Record (EOR) services to ensure a direct and strong bond with our team.

We promote the freedom to work from anywhere! You can work remotely worldwide for up to 6 weeks per year (excluding crisis areas). This can be taken in one block or split, and perfectly combined with your vacation—for example, two weeks of vacation followed by two weeks of work from abroad.

We don't leave you alone. EXTOLL supports you and your family step-by-step with the entire visa process and Blue Card applications. We work closely with immigration services to keep the bureaucratic effort as low as possible for you

Yes, absolutely. We pay the maximum relocation allowance for you and your family within the first six months. Additionally, we provide an Airbnb apartment for the first three months so you can search for permanent housing without time pressure.

The first six months are dedicated to intensive onboarding. Depending on your specialization, you will be integrated into core projects such as SerDes, UCIe, or NoC from the very beginning.
